I was in the process of changing my avatar. But the website would not accept the new one. So I tried reinstating the old one. It would not allow that either. Am I missing something or is there a problem with the website?

It is weird because I just joined recently and at that time had no problem adding an avatar from my photos. But it will not allow me to reinstate the one I had before, or add a different one. When editing, I look at the box where it shows the number of the photo to be added and notice the outline is not complete. I’m thinking that might be a clue that something is on this website is not adjusted right.
I’ve been trying for over a week.

Where are your images stored?

Atlanta, GAJuly 24, 2017 at 4:09 pm #5794It is frustrating because it was so simple about a month ago when I first joined.
Here’s what happens now:
1. I click “edit”
2. I click “upload” and it immediately allows me to choose from my photos.
3. I click the photo I want and it that information goes into the box beside the place where I clicked “upload”
(I notice that the box is only partially outlined)
4. I go to the bottom and click “update profile”
5. A pink line shows at the top of my profile page that says, “There was an error uploading the avatar: The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2017/07. “-

Atlanta, GAJuly 25, 2017 at 12:19 am #5806Good idea, Gin. I was really hopeful. So I tried.
On the second browser it indicated the information was being sent to Bluebird Nut website. But then it is rejected.
From all appearances, the problem lies with the Bluebird Nut website. It just says “No”.
I am wondering if there have been any new avatars successfully uploaded in the last 4 weeks.

Atlanta, GAJuly 26, 2017 at 1:11 am #5814I wonder what would happen if everyone did what I did: delete their current avatar and then try to reinstall it. Wonder if anyone would be successful. Anyone dare? LOL
