      Hello all,
      A couple days ago I ended up having to clean out the bluebird nest as the eggs never hatched after 3-in-a-half weeks. Two of the eggs looked cracked or punctured and had soiled the nest. I cleaned the nestbox out thoroughly and after a few days I saw the bluebirds again. I’m happy to say that they have started building a new nest as of this morning! This is their 2nd attempt during their 2nd nesting. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that this time around they have better luck with the eggs.
