      On the east side of my yard I have two paired boxes 30 feet apart. One was taken by Dees and the other by TRES so I added another box 25 feet from the TRES box.

      Dees, then TRES and then Blues…

      The Dee box has a hole reducer on it and six nestlings…

      The TRES box has five nestlings….

      and the Blues box has three eggs as of this morning…added the spooker on Thursday, no problem accepting it.

      she has a deep nest…

      She started nestbuilding in this box on Sunday, finished on Tuesday. Rested Wed and started laying eggs on Thursday..

          Wow, Donna. Such a blessing to be getting all 3 like that! Would love to experience that- just don’t have a big enough yard. Pics are amazing. Keep us posted!

                    The Dees fledged this past weekend, baby TRES are peeking from the box and the Blues (4 eggs) should be hatching this weekend.

                      I hope you’re on HOSP alert with the pellet gun!!!! Great photos. My Bluey started building Sat. finished Tues and laid her 1st Wed. 2nd today. This is their 2nd clutch (I know it’s the same pair because the lone fledgling from clutch #1 is still with them).
