Here’s a weird one. A family member who has bluebirds nesting shared this photo with me of what looks to be a (6th)tree swallow egg in the mix. I wonder if it was there already before the bluebirds laid eggs? Could it be a tree swallow laid one in there?
Looks like it for sure. My guess is either the TRES started laying and stopped and the bluebird took over or vice versa.
