Yes, Lyndsey, I would bait that 2nd box when u get your Van Ert just in case, as long as you’re around to check it, like Tammy suggested. You just never know when those HOSP are going to strike. I’m just getting into trapping myself & have learned so much from this forum.
I feel exactly like you- so honored that the bluebirds choose to come back again for subsequent nestings. Just love it, but a nervous wreck at the same time. Hope all goes well for your 2nd go round!
