Thank you also for the welcome. Like I told Tammy, I guess I am just overly anxious to see them return. I thought I might be on the lookout too early until I saw the pair a few weeks ago during one of our warm spells and a few flying down at the farm about a mile from our house, then the bitterly cold returned and nothing since.
I will have my husband move one of the boxes and I am green with envy that you have them around all winter long. We have had robins but I have never seen a bluebird during the winter months, maybe that will happen here too since I have boxes now. Keeping my fingers crossed. Hope you are getting some rest now and that the party birds have settled down.
