Hi Tammy:
I do have water near by, a river down over the hill side and my own water fountains and birdbaths. I have had chickadees in another box and wrens in others on the property, but so far no Tree Swallows. Of course my heart is set on bluebirds but I will have to settle for what decides to take up residence. I hope at least one box get the BB’s.
