I find this forum very interesting and entertaining. Sometimes I read a new post and wonder where this bluebird landlord is located. I’ve added to my “signature” my approximate location. I hope others will do the same.
It’s mostly for my own curiosity. When things start heating up on this forum in the spring (sometime its still winter here) I get a charge out of seeing how first nesting experiences move north. I’ve looked at bird migration maps but seeing a dot on a map just isn’t the same as a short personal story on bluebirdnut. In addition I like to see reports of multiple broods during the season. I’ve never seen three broods in a nest box here. Two is fairly common. One and done seems to be the norm. So seeing reports and where those are located make the posts more interesting.
Just to be clear… I’m suggesting a region, section of a state or province, maybe a county. Not an address.
