      Hi all,
      I checked the bluebird eggs yesterday and they showed signs of pipping. I couldn’t wait until today! Sure enough by late afternoon I counted 5 tiny little babies in the nest! All the eggs have hatched right on schedule! Mama bluebird has been brooding them while the papa brings them food. The fledglings from their 1st brood are eating on their own now and hanging out in our yard eating the mealworms. All seems well so far!
