Here is the second hatching in May.The first one hatched on May 28 and 2-5 hatched on the 29th. 5 little ones, day 7.

Stafford, VANice. My first brood fledged a couple days ago. They haven’t started nest building yet. No sign of them and the fledglings. Hoping they come back.

Congratulations on the successful fledge.
I mentioned before that in prior years, they usually didn’t start the new nest until 2-3 weeks after the fledge. This pair started the nest 2 days after the young had fledged. I am anxious to see how long after this group fledges before they start to build again.David
