Has anybody been successful in uploading a new avatar in the last 4 weeks? Cari wanted to change hers and it wouldn’t work no matter what she tried. Then she couldn’t reinstate her old one.
Somebody please help if you can.

Often times these kinds of issues can be settled by switching browsers. I exclusively use Chrome and rarely have problems. IE and Firefox are notorious for weird glitches. I have an appointment to get ready for this a.m., but I will try it later. Wish me luck!Susan
PennsylvaniaIt would appear that the plug-in for bbpress that we’re using for front-end Avatar management is no longer supported. So if you don’t want to lose your custom avatar, don’t try to delete or change it. Only a matter of time, I’m sure, before someone comes out with a new one. Sometimes when we update the core software, old plug-ins stop working.

TMB StudiosWell, the avatar is one thing, not too big deal, but now Photobucket wants us to spend $399 a year to be able to post on forums. Has been free all the time I have used it. Granted I can see if you wanted to store hundreds of photos would be hard to do for free. But the pictures I store there only amount to about 15. I always delete after I post what I want to unless needed later. Really disappointed because I will not be able to do this.
