Yes, that was fun watching. Scot, did that one egg that was under the 3 babies finally hatch? I did notice 4 eggs in your original post on the dees and notice only 3 in the videa, with one egg left. I have seen only 1 or 2 dees ever, and never had any nesting of them. They are really cute.

I wasn’t in there today, so I’m not sure if the 4th hatched. It’s a bit harder to monitor Dees then EABL, so I don’t go in there as frequently as I did with my Blues. When I shot this video, I believe they had just hatched, so hopefully the fourth hatched after I was in there. I’ll keep everyone posted.

On another positive note, I had five baby Blues fledge today from another of my nest boxes(day 18). I witnessed one jump and then had to go to work, so I missed the other four. It was truly inspiring to witness the one go. It really sucked to have to go to work. I had to tear myself away.
