        thats funny,
i finally caught the first one with the van ert
        and his girl too.

has anyone tried drilling an extra hole for the trap box
covering it up with a slide door
then put the bag around the extra hole
wonder if that method would work?

best thing you can do is “let it be.”
it’s fine if it flew off.

would like to see how he did the study on the bait food they liked
the cracked corn percentage was higher then i would have predicted.

Carol, when you see all the hosps go take your feeder down
Brome makes a great feeder that has weight adjustable perches
mine are set to close the feed ports if more then one sparrow tries eating.
the rest have to pick up the scraps off the ground.

I set the alarm to go off an hour before sunset
              when most hosps are roosting
add a cup of seeds to the platform tray
and Viola, cardinals show up :)
