Judy – After you upload a photo to imgur, click on it. A panel will show on the right of your screen with a list of different ways to share your photo. Find the one labeled “BBCode (message boards & forums)” and click the COPY button next to it. That will copy the “img” string of data that you enter in the post. Then prepare your note, hit return to space down and then right click and paste the string into your post. Do not copy anything before you paste your image string in the box or you will have to go back to IMGUR to retrieve the string again.

It will look something like this: img]https://imgur.com/xxxxxxxx.jpg[img. This one is done as text. I have left off some brackets because when I tried to paste this as text only the photo showed up anyway. Hopefully this will show you the format.

Wow Judy, that is some sight to see. Happy that the hatch is working out good so far, I shall always remember Judy from Michigan and her pink Bluebird eggs. Amazing stuff.

Update – One egg hatched each day until all 3 were hatched. Yes, the hatchling are pink, LOL. Mama and Papa are feeding. Yesterday was super hot, so I added a piece of thick white styrofoam with a 1/2” space to the roof. The Blues accepted it immediately…..the Tres in the paired box were totally freaked out by it. It took both the male and female 6 plus attempts before they would fly into the box. All is well……cooler temps coming tomorrow.

Update……all 3 bluebird babies fledged this morning. Of course they waited until I was gone to fledge. I’m so excited this is my very 1st successful nest and the eggs were a pale pink, making it extra special. I cleaned the box…..hoping they might make one more nest. They were both hard working parents, sharing the feeding responsibilities, they made a great team. I do hope to see the family feeding in my yard or in one of the birdbaths.
